Incitec Pivotel required the removal of asbestos from their plant on Gibson Island in Brisbane, located on the Brisbane River.

Incitec Pivotel, a multinational fertiliser manufacturer and explosives and blasting services provider for the mining sector, required the removal of asbestos from their plant on Gibson Island in Brisbane, located on the Brisbane River.

The Central Scaffolding team designed and erected scaffolding that allowed safe access and removal of the toxic sheets from all areas of the facility. Over 30 Central Scaffolding staff were on hand throughout the duration of the job, which took approximately six months to complete.
